    There's a lot to feel in the world now, and we are so interconnected. We continue to learn to manage our own energy systems; to be more Present and loving to ourselves first, then others.

    We talked about feeling the possibilities and dreaming into the new Reality. How staying in our own Truth and aligning with what we want to co-create now that the stars and planets are beginning to give us the space to move forward. It's a beautiful new creative space to receive what is in alignment with us, relationships, work, situations that are not in alignment are falling away, unable to match with our upgraded selves.

    The Gene Key pulse this past week was Gene Key 30, with the shadow of Desire (Always wanting, not able to receive or be happy in the moment), the gift of Lightness (ahhh, when we can be free and appreciative and see the Beauty of NOW), and the Siddhi of Rapture....yes, even for brief moments!

    We are in the turning of the Wheel, a new year according to the Gregorian calendar, and on the cusp of the Lunar New Year and ancient ways of measuring time.

    Susanne and I have been on a hiatus, deep listening, and sacred pause.

    Tuning In kept calling us to convene and share our discussion, and yet, we weren't sure we were ready.

    In this time of Breakdown, Breaking Apart, Breakthrough, and new Beginnings, we wish you time for contemplation, sweet surrender, and release of the "old ways" or ill-fitting patterns and mindsets, cleaning and clearing the way for what wants to arrive. It feels like a time of R-Evolution, and I do know deep in my center that moving towards what is next with Love, Presence, and Trust feels true. The days of fighting the old and running away from it with fear aren't being supported now.

    So, what do YOU want? Who are YOU now? What is calling your heart? What dreams feel delicious and delightful to you?
