As we drop in together, unsure of where the conversation will go, we feel all the heaviness, angst, and deep emotions of these times.
Additionally, we are in the Gene Key Pulse this week of 19, with its shadow of Co-Dependency, the gift of Sensitivity, and the siddhi of Sacrifice. It's a lot (!), and we are learning to manage our own energy systems to be more present and loving to ourselves first, then others.
