    2. David brings a classic Vodka Martini ‘shaken not stirred.’

    Recipe: 60ml Belvedere Vodka and 15ml Dolin Vermouth Blanco, shaken with ice in a cocktail shaker then served in a martini glass. Can be garnished with a twist of lemon skin or served ‘dirty’ with three briny green olives.

    3. Chris brings a Vespa Martini.

    Recipe: 45ml gin, 15ml vodka, 7.5ml Lillet Blanc and a dash of bitters. All shaken over ice and served in a martini glass with a twist of lemon rind.
