    Austin Market Update — October 2025

    It’s been a wild ride this year in Austin real estate.

    After one of the slowest third quarters we’ve seen in over a decade, the numbers are finally starting to tell a different story — one that’s full of opportunity heading into Q4.

    Inventory is high, sellers are more willing to negotiate, and buyers are beginning to re-enter the market as rates stabilize.

    We’re seeing early signs that we may be at or near the bottom of this correction — and history shows that’s where smart buyers and sellers make their moves.

    For buyers, this could be one of the best windows we’ve seen in years to find real value before the spring rush hits.

    For sellers, fewer competing listings and more active buyers could mean a smoother path to your next chapter.

    As I said in the video — you can’t time the market perfectly, but you can understand it.

    And right now, the numbers are showing signs of life again.
