  • Kristina London: Amplifying Women in Music Through Data and Opportunity
    Aug 12 2025

Six years ago, Kristina London started a small project called Amplify Her Voice to highlight the statistics around the gender disparity within the music industry. Since then, alongside her team, she has grown Amplify Her Voice into one of the leading champions of gender equity in music and creators of opportunity for women in the industry. Kristina joins Natalie and Steph to discuss the journey Amplify Her Voice has brought to her career (she’s also now the Content and Touring Project Manager at Live Nation Women), expanding grassroots opportunities for women within music, and partnering with music festivals to shape a better industry for everyone. We also dive into how building the right team and the foundation of feminine leadership play a role in their success.

  • Lillian Werbin, Building Roots and Raising Voices
    Jun 10 2025

For Lillian Werbin, CEO and Owner of Elderly Instruments, community is key, and they excel in creating spaces that support the music and the music-makers, either with Elderly, with their production company, Sturdy Roots, or within their many advocacy and board roles with the likes of NAMM, IBMA, Bluegrass Pride, and more. Lillian shares their story working their way up through the family business into leadership, advice about how to know whether board service is for you, how they manage it all, and how they fell in love with the banjo. Through it all, Lillian is a force for connection and evolution within music.
