During his 18-year career with Hewlett-Packard, he led a turnaround of HP’s iconic Calculator business, doubling revenue in just 18 months and building strategic partnerships with China and Brazil Ministries of Education. Dirk specializes in clarifying strategy, building healthy, high-performing teams, identifying processes to enable scale, and developing the next generation of leaders.
