• Episode 11: Life & Rhymes with Marcus Levar
    May 19 2026

I sat down with a new artist in town who brings his unique hip hop style to Trinidad. Marcus Levar moved here in January with his family and is on a mission to spread his art all over town. He joined us for Showdown 2 in February and hasn't slowed down a bit to get his tour lined up in the DMV (Delaware, Massachusetts, Vermont) area which he heads out on shortly after his 2nd show in town this Saturday at Mutiny Trinidad.

Thank you Marcus for being here! As we talk about, Trinidad needs more diversity and he's bring it to your house. Be sure to check out his show this Saturday!

  • Making Scents in Trinidad w/Stacey Bonham
    Dec 5 2025

I met up with Trinidad Local, Stacey Bonham of Bare Assembly Trinidad, at Mutiny on Main Street in the black light room and talked about her products and life in Trinidad. She started Bare Assembly a couple of years ago after moving here from Scottsdale and her products have been an instant hit. She proceeded all natural products without toxic ingredients and no plastic packaging. Her line includes bathing to house cleaning to sleep enhancers. I highly recommend the chakra roller scents, magnesium cream and well pretty much everything she makes. Even the dish soap is bomb!

Thank you Stacey so much for sitting down with me, it was great catching up and talking about life in Trinidad!

    Oct 28 2025

I sat down with Kevin, Victor and Diego of Los Suenos, Trinidad’s newest band on the scene and I learned a ton on how the music scene has evolved over the years. Living in a small town might make it a little less intimidating to start a band and hit the stage. We talk about Trinidad life in general, what got them into music and where they see themselves in the future! Take a listen and then go see them at Milk-o-Ween on Tuesday night and then at The Well for Dias De Los Muertos on November 1st!

  • Red Milk: We Don't Play Arenas
    Oct 22 2025

I sat down with local band, Red Milk and talked about how the band came about, what they’re up to and where they’re going. Draven dialed in so it's a little hard to hear him but he transmits his message through his bandmates... Red Milk started out learning about music in the high school band world and that transformed their friendships into a punk band - they play everyone’s fav punk covers as well as their own songs. Their influences show up in their original tunes - I have to say they have a well-rounded sound and I can’t wait to see where they go. If anyone has a van they want to donate, these guys want to hit the road.

and don't forget, MilkoWeen is coming up on October 28th, free music, food and more! Wear your best costume and get down with the Red Milk crew and a few other bands like 3 Slum Punks, Los Suenos and more!
