Have a backup - Get your meeting ID and passcode in advance - Know how your documents are going to be shared - Have backup power and internet sources in case of power outage - Take steps to avoid coaching - Check your background - Get on your Zoom Suit - Laptops/Desktops will have more features than tablets, tablets more features than smartphones - Mics, external webcams and headphones can all improve quality, but likely aren’t required for a successful trial - Position the cameras properly - Keep pets and kids elsewhere during proceedings - Remember to disconnect voice assistant devices in the room
