I want to personally invite you to come join me on Substack. This is where I'm building my real community now, the place where I'm doing most of my connecting, planning to host live events, and going deeper than I can in a podcast episode. If you've ever finished an episode and thought "I wish I could ask her a follow up question" or "I wish there was a way to actually talk to other women who get it," that's exactly what Substack is for. You'll get first access to live sessions with me, deeper teaching from live events, and a real community of women who are doing this work alongside you.

    Episode Summary:

Is rest your reward, or your restoration?

In this episode, I sit down with Michelle McCoy, founder of Treasured Wellness and a board certified holistic functional health coach, to talk about why so many high achieving Christian moms feel exhausted even when everything “looks normal.”

Michelle shares the mama bear moment that started her mission, and I open up about my own son’s migraines and what we discovered when we started paying attention. We talk about stewardship of the body God entrusted to us, the health legacy our kids are watching us build, and the mindset shift that turns Sabbath from a luxury into a habit.

    In this episode:

    • Why scrolling on the couch is stopping, not resting
    • How Michelle built a Sabbath habit starting with one hour
    • Five minute sacred pauses that fit into busy routines
    • Michelle’s Midday RESET, so your day stays aligned with how God designed you

    Episode Summary:

Who is leading you while you lead everyone else?

In this episode, I join Lissa Figgins of Redeem Her Time® for an honest conversation about leading yourself well as a Christian founder mom. We talk about why high capacity is not unlimited capacity, and why stewardship, not striving, is the mindset that keeps your business, your family, and your faith in their rightful place.

I share what a recent trip to Korea stirred in me about legacy, how my 73 year old aunt and her new rock climbing habit sent me home rethinking my own routines, and why I hired a trainer for a season. Lissa and I unpack the warning signs we tend to ignore, how joy works as a fruit test for whether you are aligned, and how to plan your days with open hands so God can redirect them.

    In this episode:

    • Why joy and anxiety are alignment indicators
    • Two questions to bring to the Lord when you feel stretched thin
    • Fitting business and family into the season you are actually in
    • How to release control at the end of a hard week

    Episode Summary:

After visiting my parents in South Korea, I’ve been pondering legacy: the ones we inherit, good and painful, and the far greater inheritance we have in Christ. Through Lydia, the businesswoman whose home became the church at Philippi, I explore how inherited habits, routines, and mindset run our leadership like old software. You’ll learn the Inheritance Exchange to name, test, and keep, release, or redeem what you carry, so you can lead aligned in Christ with faithful stewardship. You didn’t hit a revenue ceiling. You hit a legacy ceiling.
