About this listen

Planting Seeds with Soul is raw, unedited conversation. Some episodes are with my partner, others with guests who have lived through chaos, loss, addiction, love and transformation. Nothing is off limits. It is like sitting inside a live therapy session where people open their hearts, share their truths, and let it all out. These stories carry pain, joy and everything in between, and by sharing them with the world, they just might help you heal too.Soul33 Personal Development Personal Success

  • S2 EP20 | Presence Over Escape with Mitch Egger
    Dec 16 2025

In this final episode of the year I sit down with Mitch Egger a man I trust deeply.

Mitch drove nearly three hours just to sit share a meal with my family and have a real conversation. No performance no masks just presence.

We speak openly about addiction escapism discipline self respect and what it actually means to stay grounded in environments that once pulled us under. Mitch shares parts of his story from chaos and loss to the man he is today and we explore the deeper layers beneath it all.

Why we think the way we think

    What steals our awareness

What we need to let go of

And what we must tend to if we want real growth

This is the last episode of the season before a short break. Just two men committed to doing the work on and off the mic.

  • S2 EP19 | When Life Opens a Gate: Will You Walk Through It?
    Dec 9 2025

Second last episode of the year and Kels’ final one for 2025.

We talk about something simple that turned into something deeper. I pulled the side fence down at home to do some yard work and our golden retriever Halo suddenly had the whole front yard open to her.

    But did she explore

Or did she stay in the comfort of what she already knew

It made us think about life, opportunity and the fear of stepping into new space.

Where is life giving you more room right now

    Are you using it

    Or avoiding it

If you feel the pull to expand, go.

    Say yes.

    Take the damn leap.

    F**k fear.

  • S2 EP18 | Stop Searching for What Isn’t Broken
    Dec 2 2025

In this episode I sit down with my good mate Mitch Currie and we talk about the evolution of the healing space and where people are getting stuck. These days everyone is talking about trauma and brokenness and everything that is wrong with them. Awareness is important, but if we keep feeding the story of our wounds we just create more of it. When we set our attention on what is wrong, it grows. We end up looking for problems that may not even be there.

We speak about the difference between healing from pain and living in the identity of pain. Healing is not about repeating the story of how broken you are. It is about coming back to the truth of who you are. Strength, responsibility and the willingness to step into something greater.

We also talk about social media, phones, iPads and the technology our kids are surrounded by. It is not going away. It is about the information they receive and the space we hold for them. The example we set becomes their real guidance and protection.

Another big message we share is loving yourself first. You cannot pour into your kids if you are empty. You cannot put your kids first if you are not taking care of yourself. If you are not being the best version of you then your kids will not receive the best version of you. It starts with you.

We finish by speaking about our upcoming retreat on the 13th of December. This space is for anyone ready to step into a deeper version of themselves. Men and women are welcome. Spots are already filling up so reach out if you feel called. Only a few spaces left.

Tune in and enjoy the conversation.
