With the November 5th 2025 Special Election in California, all eyes are open once again on the issues at the local, state and federal level of Election Integrity. Guest Host, and former Grand Jury Forman, Gary Kinghorn, will dial in with his thoughts and also some information gained from a 2024 Grand Jury investigation on the El Dorado County Elections Department.

Most people think Agenda 21 is some made up "conspiracy theory" without really knowing what it is. Agenda 21 is a non-binding action plan of the United Nations with regard to sustainable development.[1] It is a product of the Earth Summit (UN Conference on Environment and Development) held in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, in 1992. It is an action agenda for the UN, other multilateral organizations, and individual governments around the world that can be executed at local, national, and global levels. One major objective of the Agenda 21 initiative is that every local government should draw its own local Agenda 21. Its aim initially was to achieve global sustainable development by 2000, with the "21" in Agenda 21 referring to the original target of the 21st century. In a recent Facebook Poll to El Dorado County residents and rate payers, of the recently released EID bi-monthly bills, 100% of those responding had increases anywhere from 10%-50% with many claiming equal to less usages than prior months. Citizens want to know WHY and HOW. Join in the discussion with former Grand Jury Forman, Gary Kinghorn, on a April 2025 Grand Jury investigation and report which gives a little insight to problems and behind rate payers knowledge increase approvals of 12% per year for FIVE YEARS.

Enlightening and engaging conversation with Lee Tannanbaum, President of the El Dorado County Tax Payer's Association will answer some of the questions on how a 1.3 Billion Dollar Budget, just still gives us a shortfall. Are there solutions that would not cost us vital services and benefits to the taxpayers without raising taxes? President Tannanbaum seems to think so. What do you think? In a Constitutional Republic, the citizen voters are the stake holders in our Governmental system, which includes electing a Board of Supervisor for each District 1-5, the Sheriff, DA, County Auditor and Recorder, in addition to the many departments, CAO and County Council they appoint and employ to serve us. Every week the Board of Supervisors is given the task to make a multitude of decisions that effect all of our lives, yet citizen engagement is at an all time low. We hope this series will empower you to be informed, speak out and reach out. It is never too late to have a Day 1 of citizen engagement.
