My mission is for you to know there is life beyond the binge and to point you to the life God has for you. I’m Hannah--Momma, Wife, and Daughter of the King! Drowning in the shame of emotional eating and desperate to find a final solution, God met me in my darkest moment. While the world was telling me *how* to stop binge eating, my problem was actually doing it. After a literal ”come-to-Jesus-meeting”, I realized how to identify triggers with the real enemy so I could quit with the negative self-talk and start living out the plan God had for me. I found tangible solutions that suited my busy lifestyle, spiritual healing for my soul, and now I’m here to SHARE IT ALL with you!
