Co-hosts Katherine Rivera-Spoljaric, MD, and Philip Abraham, MD, from Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis and co-directors of the Department of Pediatrics Office of Faculty Development provide tips on avoiding burnout in the clinical space. Invited guests will join Katherine and Phil every episode to discuss their personal experiences on key wellness topics.

Katherine and Phil completed Wellness Coaches education through Wellcoaches® in early 2023. They developed the Physicians as Wellness Coaches Program in Pediatrics to help address physician burnout and build wellness skills and strategies among Pediatric residents as they enter their careers in medicine.
