Day 2 of The Mercer Roadshow Podcast, live from Mercertown brought even more laughs, heartfelt stories, and inspiring moments that captured the spirit of our Mercer family. Streaming straight from the show floor, this episode was packed with energy, insight, and a rotating crew of familiar faces that made for one unforgettable broadcast.

We kicked things off with Anthony, Roderick, Amanda, and Brian—all sharing what they love most about MATS. From booth memories to unexpected moments that only happen at a show like this, the conversation flowed like a catch-up between close friends. The warmth and humor among the group made it feel like you were right there with them, soaking up the sights and sounds of the trucking world’s biggest gathering.

As someone who has seen MATS evolve over the years, Brian offered a seasoned perspective on how the show—and Mercer’s role in it—has grown. His reflections were a reminder of just how far we’ve come and how important it is to stay grounded in our values as we keep pushing forward.

A standout moment came when Amanda took a moment to shine a light on those who’ve recently been promoted within our Mercer family. She gave heartfelt congratulations to several of her mentees who are stepping into new roles, and many of those celebrated are women. It’s a beautiful reflection of our ongoing commitment to supporting and uplifting women in trucking. At Mercer, we believe in creating opportunities for everyone, and we’re proud to champion growth, inclusion, and the power of mentorship.

Chastity, one of our newly promoted team members, also joined the show to talk about her journey and her experiences with MATS in past years. Hearing her speak about her new role and where she started was a reminder that growth often comes full circle—and that we all have a story worth sharing.

Kathy Jo, another newly promoted soul, sat down to discuss her previous experiences with the Jamboree and MATS, her professional journey and how she feels about being brought up under the wing of her mentor.

To wrap things up, we had a very special guest—SuperTruckerDan! He sat down with the team to talk about life over the road, the passion behind his YouTube channel, and what it was like being the star of the show in 2024 when his truck was featured in Mercer’s booth. His down-to-earth attitude and love for the industry were the perfect way to end a day full of meaningful conversations.
