Tim knows the heights of athletic success—winning a national championship with Penn State in 1986 and a Super Bowl with Washington in 1991. But his greatest victory is not on the field—it’s in helping fatherless young men find healing and identity in Christ.

As Senior Pastor of Orlando World Outreach Church, Johnson has pioneered Fatherless No More, a transformative discipleship initiative at Rikers Island that introduces incarcerated men to the love of the Heavenly Father. The movement has grown into a nationally recognized documentary, featured on ESPN, Good Morning America, The 700 Club, and at major film festivals.
