  • Coming Back — Staying With the Breath | Practice 3
    Apr 24 2026

This is the third meditation in the Coming Back series — a simple breath-awareness practice inspired by the teachings of Ram Dass.In this practice, we stay with the natural movement of the breath, allowing awareness to settle and return on its own.The guidance is lighter here, with longer periods of silence. The mind will wander. That’s natural. The moment you notice and gently come back to the breath — that is the practice. This meditation includes extended periods of silence. The silence is intentional, and it becomes a larger part of the practice as the series progresses. You can sit on a cushion, sit in a chair, or lie down if that’s what your body needs. If you’re newer to this, you may want to begin with Practice 1 or 2 before moving into this one.To practice together and explore more presence-based work, you’re welcome to join the free community here:https://skool.com/cosmic-kittehAnd if you’ve ever felt like you might want to create something like this —a space where people can land, connect, and not feel alone —this is what I use:https://www.skool.com/skoolers/about?ref=3d81a5fa6e694bd6b28f0c62eb49050414 Day Free Trial(I may earn a commission if you choose to join through this link.)

    Apr 18 2026

This is not something you have to do.This is a space you can rest inside. This Immersive Love Bath is a long-form guided experience designed to help you slow down, release what you’ve been holding, and soften into a state where nothing is required from you. There is no need to quiet your thoughts. No need to fix anything. No need to arrive in a certain state. You can come exactly as you are. This experience moves gently through:• arrival and grounding• permission to rest and not figure things out• shared human experience (you’re not behind, and you’re not alone)• body awareness and breath-based settling• a gradual shift into deeper internal stillness• and a soft return that doesn’t require you to leave anything behindYou may listen while lying down, sitting, or drifting in and out of sleep. There is no right way to experience this.✨ Join the Cosmic Kitteh CommunityA space for rest, presence, creativity, and real connection:https://skool.com/cosmic-kitteh✨ Explore Skool Communitieshttps://www.skool.com/skoolers/about?...(affiliate link — I may receive a commission at no extra cost to you)More love. • Metta for Yourself — A Gentle Reset
    Apr 10 2026

This Metta (loving-kindness) meditation is a simple practice of offering care and goodwill — beginning and remaining with yourself.

Metta is not about forcing positive feelings or getting into a specific emotional state. It’s an intentional practice of kindness, allowing simple phrases to be offered softly, exactly as you are.

In this practice, we stay with Metta for yourself, followed by light body awareness and a short period of rest.

There’s nothing you need to fix, change, or improve.
If the words feel natural, let them land.
If they feel distant or awkward, that’s okay too.

    This practice is suitable for:
    • Cultivating self-kindness
    • Softening stress or emotional tension
    • Building a foundation for Metta practice
    • Nervous system support
    • Anyone new to loving-kindness meditation

You may practice seated or lying down, with eyes closed or softly open — whatever feels most supportive in the moment.
