The Tennessee Titans head coaching search is still the most important thing they must handle ahead of them and as we get closer to the end of the season when the search will really ramp up, we start to get more reports on what the options could be. Matt Nagy, the Kansas City Chiefs offensive coordinator and former Chicago Bears head coach, continues to be named as a possibility. The Titans should not hire Matt Nagy and the fact he keeps coming up is concerning. The rest of the recently reported names doesn't inspire a lot of hope either. It is limited on the offensive side of the ball and some great options aren't mentioned that should be. However, these reports always have an intent so we should not take them as certainty. Finally, Jeffery Simmons made the pro bowl in the AFC and he should also win an all-pro spot with it. Chimere Dike also got a pro-bowl nod as a returner in the AFC. A tremendous feat as a rookie.

Cam Ward had an incredible performance against the Kansas City Chiefs on Sunday and truly eviscerated the blitzes that were thrown at him. Ward not only had his best game of the season, but he looked like one of the best quarterbacks in the league and made some elite plays only a handful of passers in the league can. This is part of a pattern for Ward that shows he has been dramatically improved since the bye week. Ward has been more consistent and cut out a lot of the bad plays we had seen from him at the start of the season. Finally, Ward is a part of a tremendous rookie class for the Titans that continues to break records. Both Chimere Dike and Gunnar Helm have etched their names into the books with Ward. All of this means a lot of hope for Titans fans heading into an important offseason.
