The Miami Hurricanes have landed a verbal commitment from four star wide receiver Daylyn Upshaw. The four star prospect from Phenix City, Alabama chose the Hurricanes despite interest from Auburn, FSU, Georgia, Texas and others. Upshaw put up huge numbers for Central HS last season with 59 catches for 1,185 yards and 15 touchdowns. He becomes the first committed receiver in Miami’s Class of 2025.

The Miami Hurricanes have received two new predictions for blue chip prospects in the Class of 2025, including a consensus five star defensive lineman. Gary Ferman from CaneSport On3 logged an RPM Prediction for Miami to land Iose Epenesa, the third ranked defensive lineman in the class. The Miami Hurricanes have just landed a verbal commitment from blue chip safety Hylton “Drake” Stubbs. The four star prospect out of Mandarin HS in Jacksonville chose the Hurricanes over the Florida Gators. Stubbs had been committed to the USC Trojans but decomitted in late June.
