I'm sharing the nitty gritty fears I have going into the next experience I've been co-creating with Emily Duncan since February when it was a little seedling of an idea hatched in texts

If you think you need to feel good in order to be ready for something, I promise you don't and this episode is your permission: you do not have to wait until it feels good to use your voice, to follow your dreams, to pursue a career change, a new relationship, or to revolutionize your relationship to yourself...

the "feeling good while doing it" is what's keeping you from doing it, so allow that fear to come with you. As Alan Watts says, you don't have to let your right hand know what your left hand is doing. You can be afraid and still take the first step.

I am honoring my fearful voice by sharing it here on this platform with you.

I am honoring the grief of change by giving voice to the fears and proceeding anyway.

I am honoring The World card, the end of my previous cycle, my completed women's circle, Paradox Play, and my softening of my fear of community.

Welcome to a very special episode of Lionhive’s Guide to Cycle-Breaking!

This episode is a live recording of a psychedelic mushroom microdose processing session meaning that I microdosed psychedelic mushrooms then once I felt connected with the plant and what needed to come up, I began to process. I am in the bath during this recording as this is where I do most of my meditating and downloading. 

What you’re about to hear is the very real place where the game of Cycle-Breaking meets the road. Cycle-breaking is an act of remembering to forget. My body brought up exactly what it needed to and this day was anger and compassion from my childhood. My body remembered the way ours all do. When we remember, we can make new meaning of our experiences and our body can begin the process of forgetting the old meaning, the old reactions, the old ways we brace against the experience. This is a process of bringing approval to the deeper needs we have and the ways we learned to meet them, including holding on to the old meaning. Approval happens in 3 ways in our bodies: crying, laughing, and orgasming. Approval happens in the body, acceptance happens in the mind, and approval can’t be faked.  This look at cycle-breaking as a remembering, as an act of bringing up to the surface for approval the old cycle in order to forget the old meaning, make new meaning, and thus create a new cycle.

The following is where these old meanings meet my psychedelic reflective practice and is not a prescriptive course of action for you, but is what works for me. Remember to always be smart with your psychedelic practices and when in doubt work with a guide you trust. Here is the very real inner workings of cycle-breaking .

Lionhive's Guide to Cycle-Breaking was created on the long spiritual journey I've been on, well before I ever knew I was on a spiritual journey. It's always been evolving, and I imagine it will continue to evolve. The shape it takes right now is Lionhive's Guide to Cycle-Breaking and this episode is a little about who I've been along the way to get where I am now.

I am a Paradox Coach, I guide people into their subconscious to discover the deep needs and desires they never knew they had that have been running their marriages, businesses, relationships, careers, and parenting hang-ups.
