If you think you need to feel good in order to be ready for something, I promise you don't and this episode is your permission: you do not have to wait until it feels good to use your voice, to follow your dreams, to pursue a career change, a new relationship, or to revolutionize your relationship to yourself...

the "feeling good while doing it" is what's keeping you from doing it, so allow that fear to come with you. As Alan Watts says, you don't have to let your right hand know what your left hand is doing. You can be afraid and still take the first step.

I am honoring my fearful voice by sharing it here on this platform with you.

I am honoring the grief of change by giving voice to the fears and proceeding anyway.

I am honoring The World card, the end of my previous cycle, my completed women's circle, Paradox Play, and my softening of my fear of community.
