Today we talk about getting your IRS lien released from your physical real estate or property and the process of doing that.

Most people don't know about self-releasing, timeframes, what hinders getting the release and how to get it released FAST and recorded with the county. Doing this allows you to sell your property and keep the proceeds.

In today's podcast we talk about the Virginia Housing Choice Voucher Program otherwise known as (SECTION 8). Landlords can get paid direct deposit from the government and tenants can get 50-75% of their rent paid for.

We walk through all the requirements for both landlords and tenants and how you can take advantage of this housing affordability program.

FYI: all landlords with 4 or more rentals are REQUIRED as of 2020 to have their home approved for vouchers. all future landlords with even 1 rental will most likely be required to be approved soon very soon (within 1-3 yrs).
