    Take a shower, wipe feet, no you don't have to shave your legs.

    Undress to your comfort level. ✨️

    Under the sheet, only parts we massage will be undraped, back, left leg, right leg, arms. Do not drink alcohol before a massage you will get drunker.

    Do drink water or tea 🍵 after your service. Do not tell the therapist HOW to massage you.

    Do tell the therapist what AREAS you need work on and to avoid.
