And We believe any time you can combine your personal passions with your professional passions, is a time very well spent. Scott and John really love music and enjoy playing and creating music with others. From beginners to pros still playing paying gigs, the passion to play and create beautiful music is the same. 100% Joy! We also love working in the financial services space, helping advisors, banks and firms engage, plan, protect and grow utilizing valuable tools, actionable ideas and proven best practices. Bringing together great musicians, playing in perfect harmony can create amazing results, so can integrated technology, strategies and expertise! John is a lifelong entrepreneur who spent a decade managing multi-million dollar restaurants in Washington, DC and Fort Lauderdale, FL, as well as opening his own restaurant, Tequila Sunrise Mexican Café back in December of 1995, which still stands today. He sold his half in 2000 and transitioned to the Financial Services Industry as an advisor and eventually started his own independent firm, JM Morgan Financial Partners. He currently engages in fractional business development for Fintech’s and Start-Ups as the Managing Member of Connected Consultants. Scott has worked in the financial services industry since 1992. Scott joined forces with Dr. Kenneth Kehrer in 2008 and subsequently partnered with BISA in 2012 to form Bank Insurance & Securities Research Associates, BISRA (formerly Kehrer-LIMRA) was a performance research and consulting organization focused on financial institutions, and was a collaboration between BISA and LIMRA International. Scott served as the Managing Director and COO of BISRA until 2015 when he was provided the opportunity to extract it as his own business.
