    Sep 15 2025

  • Fear of Being a Burden
    Sep 1 2025

    1. The Lie of Isolation

      • Depression tells us we’re too heavy for others to carry.

      • This lie leads us into silence and loneliness.

      • But God never designed us to walk alone.

    2. The Gift of Community

      • Relationships are meant to be reciprocal—we carry each other at different times.

      • Sometimes we’re the strong one, sometimes we’re the one who needs support.

      • That balance is what makes relationships Christ-like.

    3. Obeying the Law of Christ

      • Galatians reminds us that sharing burdens is not weakness—it’s obedience.

      • Asking for help honors God’s design for the body of Christ.

    4. Practical Steps to Lean In Instead of Withdrawing

      • Start small: share a need with a trusted friend.

      • Practice honesty: “I’m not okay today, could you pray for me?”

      • Remember—it’s not about dumping on someone, but allowing them to love you.

    5. God’s Presence in Our Burdens

      • Even when people fail us, God never sees us as a burden.

      • Jesus Himself says, “Come to me, all who are weary…” (Matthew 11:28).

    Reflective Question for Listeners:
Where in your life have you pulled away out of fear of being a burden, and what small step could you take today to let someone in?

If this message spoke to you today, remember—you don’t have to do life alone. Reach out, ask for prayer, and let yourself be supported. And if you’d like to go deeper, I’d love to walk alongside you through coaching. • Guilt, Grief, and Growth: Moving Forward Without Shame
    Aug 25 2025

    🌟 Summary

We’ve all carried guilt. We’ve all walked through grief. And, with God’s help, we can also grow. In this episode, I share my personal journey of wrestling with shame, from feeling judged during my divorce to learning how to move forward with peace. Using 10 scriptures as quick tips, I explore how we can release the “shoulds,” practice self-compassion, stay anchored in the present, and find hope again. God doesn’t condemn us—He walks with us through guilt and grief and leads us into growth.
