What is A New World? A New World is a 52-week, year long community and accountability practice conducted by the Harriet Tubman Effect. Who is this for? Workplace professionals who want to dismantle white supremacy culture in their daily spaces, and hold themselves accountable to new inclusive practices and policies. There are tracks available for both people who are marginalized and white allies who are going to work together while prioritizing the support education and healing needed within each of those individual communities.
