Mit zunehmenden Alter hat Andrea eine Vorliebe dafür entwickelt, Seminare zu konzipieren und dabei darauf zu achten, dass diese sehr lebendig sind. Eine ihrer Zielgruppen sind Handwerker (Botschafter im Blaumann) und da gilt es oft zu Beginn eines Seminares erstmal durch Rapport gezielt Widerstände abzubauen.
Außerdem liebt sie die Heldenreise und nutze diese auch in ihren Coachings. Die Heldenreise ist eine Kraftvolle Blaupause für innere Transformation.
