Ruth is the Founder and President of Hugs Cafe in McKinney, Texas.
Hugs Cafe Inc is a non-profit social enterprise dedicated to providing meaningful training and competitively- paid employment for adults with intellectual and development disabilities.
This episode covers Ruth's journey to Hug's Cafe, JD's personal experience when I visited a few months ago, and the impact that Hug's Cafe has had on it's employees and guests.
