    I genuinely despise where I find myself in life and how far apart who I am today is from who I believe myself to be. This is a stripped bare look at the problems and solutions I need to focus on to make real progress


    On this episode I mention Professor Steve Peters' book "The Chimp Paradox". I highly recommend it if you would like to take a deep dive into why (like me) you find yourself to be a walking taking contradiction
