  • The Sure Thing: Prioritizing Pleasure with Elana Auerbach
    Feb 3 2026

The first episode of 2026 is here! I'm joined by my longtime friend and mentor Elana Auerbach, a lover, mother, mentor, activist, and priestess, and the author of the new book The Sure Thing: A Pleasure Practice to Revive the Spark.

    On this episode, we discuss:

    1. Elana's spiritual journey, and the braided path of her spiritual experiences with Judaism, the Divine Feminine and as a longtime student of Zen
    2. Her own awakening to the Sacred Feminine, beginning with a brief mystical experience during her Bat Mitzvah, and continuing through her training with the 13 Moon Mystery School
    3. Her exploration of pleasure as a sacred practice, including the experiences that led to her meeting her now-husband, their brief time spent in a sex cult, and how the Sure Thing was born out of a desire to rekindle intimacy and connection after many years of marriage
    4. How shame and uncertainty often block women's embrace of pleasure - and how we can address this
    5. Why embracing pleasure can be seen as a radical and celebratory form of activism, and how it can sustain us during difficult times.

    Episode Notes:

  • The Interstitial: How We Become Free
    Dec 10 2025

On this short Interstitial episode, I riff on what’s been alive for me since my most recent conversations with Sophie Messager (on reclaiming drumming) and Ash Stinson (on embodiment and listening to the body). Jumping off from these dialogues, I'm holding a a central question here: How do we, as women, become truly free within systems that were never designed with us in mind?

    Key Points:

    • My own understanding of liberation in three parts - awakening, reckoning with inequities, and consciously choosing how to operate within toxic systems, including determining how and when to withdraw consent
    • What it means to awaken to the reality that most systems were built without the participation and input of women
    • The importance of taking time moving through the emotions that arise - but also moving on when ready
    • The tricky dance between participating in systems while you have to, while honestly assessing your available power to enact change

    Key Questions to Consider:

    • Am I waiting for permission to show up differently?
    • Am I waiting for it to feel easy or comfortable before I follow my truth?
    • Do I actually have more freedom and power than I’m giving myself credit for?

  • The Realms of Embodiment with Ash Stinson
    Nov 10 2025

The Realms of Embodiment with Ash Stinson

On this episode – which has been in the making for a long time – Ash Stinson and I explore the profound themes of the sacred feminine, embodiment, and the intricate layers of wisdom held within our bodies. Ash is an energy worker, a creator, a deep feeler and a deep thinker, a parent, and an expert on healing through the energy of your anatomy.

Ash's personal and professional life functionally revolves around one question: What gives us a sense of place? She studied and worked in Environmental Science, habitat preservation, and Landscape Architecture until her Saturn Return coupled with a twin pregnancy catapulted her into postpartum PTSD, and she finally got the cosmic memo – you can't create belonging in your backyard if you're lost in your own skin.

A decade of study, Reiki Master level certification, apprenticeship with her ancestors, and a certification in Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapy later, Energy Archaeology and the Realms of Embodiment were born. Ash now spends her days exploring the energetic anatomy and morphology of the body, from the bones, muscles, fluid systems, organs, nervous system, and DNA and translating it so you can understand your mythosomatic self and belonging within the wider energetic fabric of life.

We dive deep on this episode, exploring:

    · Ash’s own personal and spiritual background, including the traumatic experience of her own birth and how it ultimately prepared her for the work she does now

    · How the Realms of Embodiment – Ash’s current work – was born out of an initial exploration of Reiki following a challenging birth experience with her twins

    · The different areas of the Realms of Embodiment, and what each has to teach us

    · Why it’s not so simple to just “listen to your body”

    · The “yes-and” approach to embracing the wisdom of energy medicine and Western medicine

    · Ash’s simple, three-step process to begin listening to your own body
