I was so bombarded with medicine, that it was very normal for me to pop 800 mg of ibuprofen for a headache, but not address my eating or sleeping habits.     Ch cha changes.... I actually don't like when things change, but I've learned to appreciate the growth. If I'm abiding with Jesus, then when things change (not all) it's for my growth of more fruit. I have been in quite the pruning season and one thing that's been affected is this podcast. For one, I dropped to one episode a week. For two, I’m going to talk more to the person I was...which is a burnt out nurse. SO as they say in the business world, I'm niching down, you will hear me talk more directly to the nurse, healthcare provider. I'll share more on the behind the scenes of this decision in my weekly newsletter! You can be a nurse, CNA, physical therapist, hygienist, dietician....or teacher...or any kind of working caregiver- mom! I’m talking to the Helpers!!

    You know your heart is so big that it's your career and mission to help others- you may get paid for it- or maybe you don't and it's a volunteer position OR you are constantly helping all those friends and family members- you are a true Martha- but don't realize you aren't helping yourself!
