  • How to Heal After Narcissistic Abuse Part 2
    Feb 2 2026

In Part 2 of our 4-part series on healing after narcissistic abuse, we dive into the intense emotions that hit after you leave a toxic relationship.

Even after leaving, many survivors feel confused, anxious, and trapped by their own thoughts. This is normal- it’s your nervous system trying to recalibrate from trauma. In this episode, we explore why you might:

    • Miss someone who hurt you
    • Feel guilt or shame for leaving
    • Experience emotional flashbacks and hypervigilance
    • Struggle with closure and moving forward

We also discuss trauma bonds, why emotional withdrawal feels like heartbreak, and practical tools to start reclaiming your peace. If you’re ready to understand why healing feels harder than leaving, this episode will guide you with compassion and clarity.

  • How to Heal After Narcissistic Abuse Part 1
    Jan 29 2026

In this episode of Her Voice Matters, we’re starting a powerful 4-part series on healing after narcissistic abuse by talking about the part no one explains- the confusion.

If you’ve ever said, “Was it really that bad?”, “Why do I feel like I’m losing my mind?”, or “Why can’t I just leave?”- this episode is for you.

Narcissistic abuse doesn’t always look loud or physical. It often shows up as gaslighting, emotional manipulation, control, and chronic confusion that slowly disconnects you from your intuition and sense of self. And long before your mind understands what’s happening, your body starts sending warning signs- anxiety, panic attacks, insomnia, hair loss, rashes, and constant emotional exhaustion.

This episode is about naming the abuse, breaking the fog, and releasing the self-blame. You were not crazy. You were conditioned. And awareness is the first step to healing.
