    Info update from Marisa:

I realize that I didn't speak completely correctly about the laptop policy at the library. Minors can now check out laptops if they have level 3 access and approval from their parent. So that means that a 17 year old without an adult in their life who can come in and sign them up for a level three minor card will still not be able to check out a laptop to use. Feel to put that in your show notes along with a link to the board packet from the meeting with all the details. https://hmcpl.org/sites/default/files/boardpackets/BoardPacketJuly2025.pdf
