  • This episode is an interview with Donna O'Brien, one of the 4 candidates running for one of the 3 open seats on the Lyon's Gate HOA Board of Directors. December 8th is the date of the annual HOA meeting and it’s at that meeting where the votes will be counted and the 3 new Board members will be selected. Absentee ballots are on their way to homeowners with complete instructions and a short bio of each candidate.

    IMPORTANT: According to the Associations Bylaws, 10% of those eligible to vote constitutes a quorum in order for the meeting to be held. Therefore, 194 Homeowners (if all 1,936 members are in good standing) must be represented, in person or by absentee ballot, at this Annual Meeting in order for it to be officially recognized. More information and the absentee ballots are on their way to homeowners and should arrive this week.
