Nancy shares, “My Mom was a trailblazer as a women business owner and felt that women should have their own money and wealth – including their own ideas about what to invest in. Nancy's mother, Margaret Evelyn (Wilson) Robertson, was born in 1907. Nancy was born in 1949.

Nancy speaks of this as probably her first turning point moment because her Mom was forty-two years old when Nancy was born. She counts this giving her the blessing of growing up with an older and very wise, progressive mother.
