Sebastian traded his 15+ year career in corporate leadership for following his passion for coaching.

Only to find that he (!) was the most difficult boss to work for.

It took several years of clearing up his (hidden) stories of self-doubt and fear of failure to (re)connect with his own emotions,

align with his true self, and find the courage to help others do the same.

Sebastian now supports coaches and entrepreneurs in getting over the unconscious and irrational fears that blocks them from taking action, but he is also providing executive coaching in ‘Big Corporate’.
