  • 4.17 Embracing the Break! SZN 4 FINALE!
    Dec 22 2025

We did it! We're here! It's the SEASON 4 FINALE!!

Yes, yes DON'T WORRY! We WILL be coming back for Season 5 in the New Year, and maybe a Bonus episode on the way before then ;)

While we're lining up our fabulous guests for this next season and already in the thick of the holiday season, today we talk about EMBRACING THE BREAK. How to keep our mind from spiraling as the industry slows down for the holidays and as we review our goals from this past year, and how to celebrate how far we've come, even if it's just existing in this moment and knowing we will forge ahead.

Of course we're no therapists, we're just sharing our thoughts on what has worked for us during personal and professional breaks, and since it's the finale episode... over a glass or two of wine.

  • 4.15 Goal Setting for 2026 w/ ARUN STORRS
    Dec 8 2025

Recurring Guest Star on HBO's THE PITT, ARUN STORRS, is back on the pod this week to share how she sets herself up for success each year with the way she goal sets!

Co-Host Monique Schwaneman has attended one of her Goal Setting soirées in person, and it is truly NEXT LEVEL!! And we break down the entire process on this podcast!

Here are some of the key elements we discuss:

    - Crafting a short, sweet, and effective Mission Statement for the New Year that is within your control

    - Creating quantifiable tasks to help you fulfill your Mission Statement

    - The benefits of individual goal setting within a group

    - Opening yourself up for achieving more than you anticipated solely by working towards something, even if the payout is different than the initial goal

    - Setting yourself up mentally, spiritually, and physically for success before it is thrust upon you

    - How and why this is so important to goal set given the current state of the industry

    - Success vs. fulfillment; how you can appreciate how far you’ve come at every stage, peak or valley of your career

    - Goal setting party hosting tips!!

We are thrilled to have this winning formula and so grateful to Arun for sharing it with all of us.

We HIGHLY suggest you check out our episode with Arun "Social Activism & Acting" where she talks about her career successes and the incredible philanthropic efforts she champions through her work as Founder of the Kumari Project. In the spirit of giving you can donate to her organization in the link above. The Kumari Project creates safe and joyful homes for orphans in Nepal, and empowers Nepalese orphans by providing basic health, education, and job opportunities and trainings.
