• 16. Soul Work, Money Shame & Selfish Generosity with The Philanthropic Femme Adi Shakti
    Nov 6 2025

Let’s talk about something that gets totally overlooked in money conversations: the giving game. We’re all obsessed with hitting big revenue milestones and stacking cash, but guess what? Philanthropy is a character quality - it’s not some end-of-the-road financial milestone that only gets unlocked once you hit a certain number.

I sit down with Adi Shakti, aka The Philanthropic Femme, and trust me, this conversation is fire. She’s redefining what it means to be a philanthropist. For Adi, it’s not about writing giant checks once you hit some wealth threshold. It’s about giving from wherever you are on your money journey, and, surprise, surprise, it feels so much better when you make it part of the everyday hustle.

Join us this week as we dive into why it’s time to remove the shame around giving, how to balance earning and giving without feeling like a martyr, and why philanthropy isn’t just a luxury for the “wealthy.” Adi’s examples prove that you can start small and still make a huge difference. And the best part? Doing good feels good, and it doesn’t need to wait until your bank account hits seven figures.

  • 12. Behind the Scenes of a $100K Goal Month
    Oct 9 2025

The numbers alone never tell the full story. Behind every milestone month in business lies a tapestry of decisions, priorities, and unexpected moments that shape not just the revenue, but the person creating it.

September 2025 marked my highest revenue month in business at $82,000 - the exact monthly amount that annualizes to a million-dollar cash year. This wasn't about grinding harder or sacrificing everything at the altar of success. Instead, this month included 75 miles of running, international travel with my kids, masterminding in Denver, receiving awards on stage, and forgetting picture day at school. The month that changed everything financially was also the month I lived out of laundry baskets and let my plants die.

Listen in this week to hear the exact breakdown of my $82K month. Whether you're aiming for your first $5K month or your first $100K month, this episode will show you what's possible when you approach growth from a place of alignment rather than force.

  • 11. Building a Multi-8-Figure Wellness Brand Through Unshakeable Core Values with Ashley Leroux
    Oct 2 2025

Many entrepreneurs believe they have to choose between making money and making an impact. But Ashley Leroux and her husband Patrick built Jigsaw Health, a $22 million supplement company, by asking themselves three ridiculously simple questions: Is profit going up? Is revenue going up? Are we having fun? That’s it. No fluff. And that approach reveals something huge: when you let your values lead your financial decisions, business growth looks completely different.

Tune in this week as we dig into how Jigsaw Health went all-in on pickleball marketing before the sport blew up, and how producing documentaries became a surprising brand asset. Ashley also shares the mindset shifts that helped her ditch the belief that service equals sacrifice, showing that heart-led entrepreneurs can build responsible, sustainable wealth.
