On today’s show, I’m sitting down with a true power couple, Darnell and Verdell, the hearts behind the Pause & Power Institute™.

After a major personal health scare, they realized that the way we’re living—and the way we’re raising our youth—needs a serious shift. We’re talking about their mission to support "troubled" youth by first supporting the overwhelmed adults in their lives, and how they are creating a literal sanctuary for caregivers to breathe again.
