  • Worship Part 1: In Spirit and In Truth
    Sep 8 2025

Everyday life as a believer is filled with countless opportunities to express praise and honor to our Heavenly Father, but if you’re like us, you’re prone to wandering affections too. How can we remain aligned with Jesus in our minds and hearts as we move through the mundane and routine parts of our lives? Is it possible to transform ordinary into sacred? To worship in spirit and in truth as scripture prescribes, we must invest ourselves in knowing the fullness of God with our hearts and minds.

Believers can easily and unknowingly reduce worship to the singing of songs on Sunday mornings, but this conversation invites us to recalibrate and intentionally offer the wholeness of our lives as a living sacrifice. This is the ideal worship.

We hope you’ll find a moment to listen in with Gretchen and Jennifer as we begin this new series on worship as we share personal experiences, encouraging verses, and - of course - everyday life.

  • Health & Wellness Part 4: A Moment with Trevor - Why Mental Work Precedes Physical Work, Harmony vs Balance, and Creating a Lifestyle Vision for Wellness
    Sep 1 2025

Wrapping up our Health and Wellness series, Gretchen and Jennifer discuss the topics of nutrition and exercise with Trevor Wilson. Based in Dallas, TX, Trevor is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with a B.S. in Exercise Physiology.

Whether you've been lifting heavy things for years or you're still dreading the work required for aging well, this conversation will inspire you to either craft or refine your vision for longevity as you are reminded of why it matters. You'll enjoy hearing from Trevor as he offers refreshing insight into the difference between approaching health with a mindset of harmony instead of balance, how to practically implement goals, and the heart behind his passion for wellness.

Connecting to our previous episodes in this series, we again tease apart the mental underpinnings required for us to develop and master consistency with exercise and nutrition. We laughed, we learned, and we got honest about our ideals and everyday life! We hope you'll find a moment to listen and be freshly inspired towards growth in your journey of health and wellness... It matters because YOU matter!
