Episode three of Change Jam, today's topic is Process not People.  Jo and Mel have a chat about the Kaizen methodology and how process analysis is a cornerstone of improvement, however, people are the most important driving value behind process improvement.  

The chat refers to past experiences of helping teams or individuals to have an awareness of the process that they follow at the moment, and to ask themselves whether they even know what it is "What is it?  Does everyone know".  And so introducing the subject of Standardisation, another Kaizen tool, Jo and Mel examine how awareness of current place, is a great starting point for an increased understanding of process and its place in making our world a more valuable place.
