She suspects it's the work of her nemesis, Mistress Laveen. Although business is affected by the bad reviews, she also ends up getting some of her weirdest clients yet, who yearn to be treated every bit as poorly as the troll reviews suggest.

    When she discovers that the person responsible isn't Mistress Laveen, but someone who had previously wasted her time, she takes great pleasure in making his life a misery.
