This episode is an interview with Sandeep Kibey, a leader and well loved manager within ExxonMobil, board member for AVANCE Houston, and fellow Stanford GSB classmate and strategist. In this episode, Sandeep talks about how coming from a middle-class family in India, working to help all gain access to education, has been a driving motivation in his career and life. Sandeep is a dedicated leader within ExxonMobil, the GSB community, and his home community in greater Houston, helping build programs that help more people access greater opportunities.

In this episode Sandeep demonstrates his passion for bringing humanity into business, and creating environments that people love working in. Sandeep is building teams that shape our energy future, and figuring out ways to bring more fulfillment to leaders in business, so our work can have a positive impact outside of the office too.

Sandeep strives to do well AND good, and in our time studying together, it became clear that he doesn’t just talk about being values-focused… or an advocate for Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging. He invests much energy in making this happen.
