About this listen
Fergus Farrell is the definition of resilience. After a devastating spinal cord injury left him paralysed, he was told he’d never walk again.
Within a year, he proved the impossible wrong, walking 206km across Ireland, along with many intense endurance challenges since.
He has worked his way up from rock bottom to rebuild his life through visualisation and hard work. He shares how the worst thing to ever happen in his life in time became the best, for all it taught him and the new perspective it gave him on luck and privilege.
