• [Free 1st Part] Heroes, Villains, and the Lies We Tell Ourselves
    Aug 13 2025
In a lot of my work, I talk about the Victim/Aggressor/Savior/Martyr cycle. It seems that this dynamic is coming up to be seen and defined again.Mostly, I have spoken about this cycle in how it is experienced by individuals in their normal life experience, and what they can do to step out of it. But recently, I have been making music, and much of the music I am making is inspired by lineages that many consider to be oppressed, subjected to genocide, and exploited. When writing the lyrics for these particular songs, I found that I had to get past a massive wall of "victim/aggressor." For example, lyrics in rap music will often illustrate the wall of “victim/aggressor” in many different iterations. As I looked at that wall, I saw how the music industry has used it to maintain people in a state of disempowerment. A shrunken awareness, due to a belief that they are powerless over their circumstances because they are an oppressed people, results in their free will choices being made from a less than ideal view point. This made me curious. I mean, why keep a certain faction of the world population in a state of disempowerment? Why spend billions of dollars to target these people and make them think they are powerless and the children of slaves, exile, oppression, and exploitation? That is the bit where I want to shine some light. Our awareness and focus are much more powerful these days, and I am thinking that if we can spot the wall that is created for powerful people - our people on Earth - we can start disassembling this illusion of disempowerment. Why is that important? This is a question that seems redundant. However, when we look behind it, we can see that not everyone on Earth is keen on taking their power back and becoming a sovereign being. If we look too closely, the illusion of being oppressed may crash, and peoples around the world might no longer be kept under chains of their own programs and ideologies. Yes, some actually prefer this experience, and that is a part of this that presents challenges in moving forward to a high-frequency high-caliber population on Earth. The reason I see this tremendous effort to keep these sections of society oppressed is because these are the people who - if awake, aware, and empowered - are the most powerful of all. And I don’t mean power over others, but powerful in their connection with each other and their ability to weave a new paradigm into existence, one we haven't seen on these continents for millennia. Convince the most powerful that they are marginalized victims and powerless in the face of their generational traumas, and they cocreate exactly what they are convinced of.I have done all I can to reach people across the world to deliver the message of empowerment, but my words, articles, and novels are simply not enough. We find that most of the time, even among the most awake of light-beings, my words are twisted out of their original meaning and made into something completely different - or simply forgotten, or the main message just not seen.Because of this, my words are changing. My message is taking on other expressions, such as novels, music, and art. And my articles are less "fluffy" - not in the sense of being aggressive or harsh, but simply going into depths I had not expressed in the past.I am not sure if you consider yourself part of the oppressed peoples of the world, so let me explain. No matter the color of your skin, if you believe yourself to have been victimized - or feel victimized right now - then you are one of them. If you feel that the color of your skin or the sex of your body makes you the bad character of this movie, then you are one of them. You see, for the illusion to work, the narrative needs victims, aggressors, saviors, and martyrs - all of them.Someone, or a people, cannot become the aggressor or the victim in isolation. With that in mind, let’s see how to step out of this cycle. As individuals, it is easy because I have given you the tools to do so for over a decade and a half now. But as peoples of the world, it is slightly different. It requires a bit of mental gymnastics and stepping outside of the light/dark matrix. For that purpose, I created a tool I call 0bservation (yes, with a zero at the start). This is the call to action for this year:The act of 0bservation is when we simply look at a topic, object, or person - in this case, the mantle of victim/aggressor on a people - but do not have any "interaction" with it. We 0bserve and experience the 0bservation of the topic, object, or person but don’t judge it. Thoughts about it are thanked and released; we step out of the way and simply allow the Universe to look at the item through our eyes.Whenever thoughts, emotions, judgments, wants, or feelings come up about this topic, thank them and let them pass through you, saying, “Thank you for expressing.”If one of the thoughts, emotions, judgments, wants, or feelings gets “stuck” in you and you cannot release it ...

Normally, we have excellent interactions with the people we love and care for. Most of our friends and relatives are people who, if not interested in personal growth, are caring, loving, intelligent, and friendly people.

For a few weeks now, Larry has been planning to visit some close relatives in Alaska. The visit was important to him. Last time, he went with his kids via plane, train and boat, it’s quite the journey. But none were free schedule wise this time, so he invited me on a road trip, using our new big truck, our camper, and a couple thousand miles of Canadian wilderness to travel through. I love a good road trip so I said, “yes.”

He let his relatives know, he got an answer a week later, and he was told in no uncertain terms that I was not welcome in their home.

    Why?

    Aug 6 2025
Larry and I had a big sneak attack by an alcoholic demon possession this week. And I use the word “demon” to mean nasty, negative entities. I don’t use the word in a religious way.Normally, we have excellent interactions with the people we love and care for. I love a good road trip so I said, “yes.”He let his relatives know, he got an answer a week later, and he was told in no uncertain terms that I was not welcome in their home.Apparently, I am a very bad person and will upset the elderly who might then have heart attacks in my presence. Quite the reputation. There have been at least three interactions from the woman who has placed herself as “gatekeeper” for the couple we were visiting, which invariably begin with, “I don’t want to sound confrontational, or get into a fight or drama, but…” This is a classic example of “preemptive framing” or “disarming language” - used manipulatively to appear non-aggressive while preparing an attack. Then followed by a barrage of covert narcissistic sentences. We can identify a covert narcissism when the person weaves their words to appear victimized or gentle while manipulating and harming others.Personally, I knew what was coming as soon as I heard those words, it is Psychology 101 and not hard to identify. The hit came in unexpectedly and deep for Larry, however. He thought she was calling to talk about her latest work trip, which sounded to be fascinating, and was her texted reason for not having answered for a week; she was away. His shock, surprise and upset was so big that it reached me like a hammer - which, of course, was the intent of the person involved. We know better than to go into defense when we are attacked. There are no lives at stake here, and no one is in physical danger. We have learned to strengthen our cores, and use them as refuge in a sense to shield us from assaults like these and others. Yet the surprise was the shock delivery vehicle, and a lesson learned. Semper Paratus, the Coast Guard motto which Larry was trained with means ”always ready” is not active when dealing with loved ones.I too was quite shocked at the strength of the energy woven into this person’s words, both over the phone and via texts. Then I remembered that she finishes her days in a haze of alcohol. And it all fell into place. At least the strength of the power behind the words was explained, not the words themselves which are hers. The first attack came as a phone call. Larry took it in his stride - he knows better than to engage with others when he’s triggered and upset. And he was very, very shocked and upset. The next attacks came in the form of texts. He answered, thanking the person for letting him know how they felt and that he would think about his trip. The “gatekeeper” then offered to pay for his entire trip if he travelled alone (not bringing me). This is a typical covert abuse tactic where the person is made to choose between two people he or she loves. And will be highly rewarded if they choose “the right person”.The texts kept coming, with the same sentence to open the person up at an energetic level - “I am being friendly and caring, I am not going to fight…” then, yes, you got it - she would push the dagger in. The covert narcissism continued.Of course, in her first ramblings I was an evil person who is here to harm. And the entity attached to this woman is right. My teachings do harm demons, as I do encourage people to stop drinking alcohol or taking recreational drugs. This will bring the person out of their alcoholic fog and usually they will then refuse the demon’s influence. And she knows I discourage alcohol consumption, which for her probably feels like I am negatively judging her. Most alcoholics see the world through a lens of “I, me and myself”, and everything in some way becomes specifically about them. You have probably heard recovering addicts saying, “I am fighting my demons.” This is not figuratively speaking but is an actual account of what they are doing. At the same time, it is not spiritual bypassing where the person blames powerful external entities for their behavior so that they don’t have to address difficult personal issues. The person does need to do that work also, he or she is nobody’s victim, they receive a big kick of something in return for their possession.Saying that this woman has demons driving the conflict is not done to minimize her ...

  • [Free 1st Half] Why We Accept (or Refuse) the Invitation of Sacred Plants
    Jul 23 2025

If we were to consider our conscious awareness of the world to be as big as the point of a pin, then the work of sacred plants would be to show us nuances present in and around that pin.

To belittle reality, consciousness, awareness, and altered states of perception is not what I am doing here. That’s not my job. Bringing a semblance of what we are actually facing, that is my job.

Who put us on this pin? Well, we did, of course. Why?

You know, it has been 60 years since I entered this pin and I still don’t know why we chose such a thing. However, I can tell you that for a while there, I thought the pin was the entire Universe, all of reality, and that humans in this section of the pintop were the only intelligently sentient beings that existed.

As I was trying to put words to my thoughts, Larry played a song on his computer. He played it very, very loud, and it was a country song he had “made for me” using an AI.

I am not unaware enough to think that this was a “coincidence”. Sometimes, no, all the time, the human collective will steer and dictate where and what is shared about the nature of reality. So, although I had planned to write an in-depth and thorough exploration of the true nature of reality and what sacred plants' role is within our human experience, I will instead “stay on point” and talk about why a person from our modern society decides he or she might become a plant worker. These plant workers call themselves lots of things - “curandero,” “ritualist,” “shaman,” “plant shaman,” etc.

But what they call themselves is not that important apart from the nuances of what the label expresses to their clients.

In my experience, I have seen plants have a very good grasp of what is not only on the tip of the pin but also on the entirety of the pin. They then go out and find people - workers - who will take them into the world and allow them to touch as many people as possible - the clients.

The worker was usually, but not always, a client of a different worker at some point. And the plant is the one that recruits, not the different worker, to whom it will assign the work of bringing a larger viewpoint of reality to the masses.

I am always curious as to what makes a person follow the path of the sacred plant. And I am also curious as to what makes a person drop that path altogether, or drop the particular plant that had recruited him or her in the first place, in choice of another.

In our podcast, DrivingToTheRez.com, we have an interview with one such person. His insights and reasons for the work are unique to himself, of course, but they are still interesting as a journey of expansion of awareness within the world he moves and experiences life. The interview is in the Wisdom Keeper Hour, so if you want to hear it, do subscribe to it.

In the first hour, Larry and I discuss some of the details behind the decision to become a plant worker or reject the invitation wholeheartedly.

Larry has the skills, the lineage, the intuition, and the connection to become a plant worker, but he turned it down. Tune in to find out why. 🙂

  • [Free 1st Half] The Forest : Healing Mind, Body and Soul
    Jul 16 2025
Note: this is a re-run of episode 209Healing has become a big topic for me in the past few months.I have seen a return to the healing lineages of my ancestors and the direct orchestration of healing and healers coming together to practice their skills. When I looked at 2024, for the light side of the split, I saw that healing was going to enter our awareness and lives strongly this year, but it still took me by surprise when my own healing skills popped up again to be utilized. I have been diligent in making sure that they stayed unfocused since 2010 as it was made very clear to me that my public role was not as a healer, but as educator. In September 2024, I will be holding a Healers’ Workshop at the Shamanshack. The workshop will be open for WalkWithMeNow.com members only and has a minimum attendance number of 8 people, and maximum of 33 people. If you are interested in attending, join the student body at walkwithmenow.com, and follow the information on how to register there.Back to our topic, the Forest.Larry and I live in the Olympic Rain Forest. Not in a town nearby, or a road by the side of the forest. We literally live inside the forest, surrounded by hundreds of acres of both old growth and tree farms. Some years ago, one of our friends visited us. She was an established healer at a nearby city at the time and, unbeknownst to me, she was having health and personal issues herself. We went for a hike into the forest. I wanted to show her a natural altar which Larry, myself and other friends and students had embellished with crystals, rocks and other pretty things. The hike to get to the altar was about half an hour long. We walked and talked about our latest happenings, previous lives memories, aliens, sasquatch and all the other things that are normal conversation among our friends here.At some point, halfway there, she stopped, took a few deep breaths and tears welled in her eyes. “I haven’t felt this good in years,” she stated.“I had heard of the healing properties of the forest,” she continued, “but had never experienced it myself. It was all theoretical to me until now.”She then revealed to me that apart from her life’s stresses, there was an underlying medical condition that had been getting worse. She said that it felt like the condition was actively being healed during our hike, and that she would get some lab work done when she got home, to be sure.I nodded and looked around at the forest. I had never heard of such a thing as the forest being a healing modality, but my friend was a professional healer and more informed than I was about healing modalities and experiences. The forest didn’t feel any different to me. It was the same as it had always been, just there, breathing, living, beautiful, bright, pristine and, very much, sentient.I closed my eyes and tapped into it, and asked the forest around us about the healing. What I got back was an energy that I can only describe as “what is healing?”After my friend left, I did a bit of research on the internet and found several theories of how the healing force of a forest works. But, I have met plenty of locals, who also live in the forest, that are not exactly healthy. I understood, from my own healing knowledge, that it is not enough to be in the forest, or go to a healer, or take supplements, to have spontaneous or gradual healings. I understood that there was more to it than that. And it involves a healing story, perhaps a healer, and perhaps a modality that the person respects and has good effects on him or her.My friend got back to me a few weeks later and told me that her suspicions were right, that the tests had come back and that her condition was in remission. She also told me that after our visit, she had taken some radical life decisions which removed many stressors from her daily life.“The forest healed more than just my body,” she told me.In a recent healing story, for a different person, the wisdom of my ancestors came in again. It hadn’t made an appearance for decades, but there it was. On the day of the healing, I woke up with the knowledge I had from childhood, that for the healing to be effective, I had to clear my energy field, body and mind to be absolutely pristine. And I understood. The forest, especially a loved forest, has a pure and pristine energy. And behind that pristine energy, there is unlimited life force, power and intelligence. A person, a human, can then direct that power with intent. In my novel series, The Return, I speak about how we and trees and plants are part of the same species. That where there are humans, flora exist. And where there is flora, humans exist. Our intelligence is very similar, also. As is our true, natural, frequency.Recently, a scientific study came out telling of how plants are highly related, at a genetic level, to humans. A percentage and relationship that was much higher than previously thought.I smiled, looked outside my window, into the forest, and ...

  • [Free 1st Half] Post-Event Exhaustion Is Real (But It’s Not What You Think)
    Jul 9 2025

It’s not burnout - it’s growth fatigue. Here’s how to recover and why it happens in the first place.

Many years ago, I wrote an article called “Post Event and Ego Crash Symptoms”. I wrote it after witnessing many of the participants who had come to my events struggling once they returned home.

I did some research and talked to other teachers and guides who hold events, and this seemed to be a universal phenomenon. Not everyone would have a crash, but many people did, and it didn’t matter what type of event it was.

Of course, there are events that are exhausting in a negative way, but that is not what I am interested in here. I am talking about events where people go to receive a lot of positive information, energy, and connections, and then they go home to their regular lives.

Back when I wrote the first article, most people were going home to ordinary routines, and sometimes negative environments. However, these days most people, at least from my events, are going back to very nourishing, supportive, high-frequency lives.

So, what is the deal? I looked at the nature of the “crash” after my June 2025 event, and it appeared to be different. This time, there was a little bit of the ego crash, for sure, but mostly it was an overall “pleasant soreness, exhaustion”, very similar to what a person gets after a marathon or cramming for exams.

Looking at it from a mechanical point of view, it was completely understandable. The event itself was aimed at growing, stretching, and strengthening our Core Self, our Endobody, our Magical Body, and it gave our mental body a run for its money. In other words, it was incredibly packed with data for the mental body.

A week later, the symptoms are finally dissipating. The advice for this phenomenon is to rest, but not to stay in bed day after day. Our physical bodies are the champions in this situation. If we make ourselves get out of bed or off the chair and do physical activities that don’t rely on the mind, emotions, ego, or energy bodies, we recover much faster than if we simply retreat to bed and shut the door to the world.

Another aspect that some of the participants reported was that during the event, their energy fields, body, mind, ego, and emotional bodies were all wide open and receptive so when they found themselves traveling home or dealing with negative life situations, they were hit hard by the contrast. But no worries, they knew exactly what to do with that oopsy:

    * They became aware of it

    * Stop

    * Process any sticky negativity

    * Then did something else instead

By the way, these same steps are also useful for dealing with negative situations or thoughts that fill us with necrotic (destructive and deadly) energy. We will have a full lecture on this aspect of the light/dark paradigm soon, including how to address what we may have already absorbed.

P.S. Feeling like you got hit by a high-frequency truck after an event? That’s just your soul doing crunches. Come laugh (and learn) with us at DrivingToTheRez.com where Larry, myself and the Wisdom Keepers share our post-event experiences and what we did about them.

  • [Free 1st Half] I told you so... When we feel unheard.
    Jun 25 2025
I know you can relate to being unheard. And I know you have said, or held back from saying, “I told you so,” millions of times in your life. Why do I know these things?I know these things because as awakened light-beings, we can see more than others can and this causes our advice to often be dismissed (usually because there is no physical proof of what we are seeing), or we are totally misinterpreted. In other words, we say one thing, but something else is heard by the person or people we are talking to. They hear something that is within their own paradigm of reality. For example, I remember telling Larry to drill a new well for the Shamanshack because Gaia said we will need it. Did he listen? No, he said, “well, it’s raining a lot now. We never used to have dry well issues, probably it was just a fluke that one year plus we used too much water gardening, we will be fine if we stay water aware if it gets dry again.” Yep, logic says he’s right. Didn’t turn out that way though. The Shamanshack had no water for months last summer no matter how careful we were. You would think this would have taught him to listen when I tell him to fix a well, but no. This winter I got strong guidance to set up a new water well system for our home, but did he listen? No. “It’s fine, our well didn’t dry up last year and for the filtering system there’s no hurry. We can do it later in the year.” I insisted it had to be done during the winter, but he just said, “it will be fine. Don’t worry about it.” I sat back and let the pieces fall where they may. As I am writing this, we have no water at home. We had to bring in a tank of water from the Shamanshack for showers and dishes. One of the interesting aspects of the latest well situation is that when I saw it coming my body would fall into fear, but as I looked directly, the words that would come were, “Gaia wouldn’t send us to live here on top of this hill if she was then going to shut off our water.”As I sat with this knowledge, I realized that the present crisis was brought about to fix the system before summer arrives. It feels to me that this summer the water would indeed stop completely if we didn’t change the system now. I smiled as I saw that I can go unheard, but Gaia knows how to get through to Larry and isn’t going to let it seriously impact me. It may just be more work for Larry since he didn’t listen earlier. It is also true that the great majority of my readers, yes you, are here to lead in the New-Paradigm into experienced reality. You are leaders of your family, friends, groups and some of you have tens of thousands of readers, audience and students, in your own right. What a strange and fascinating co-creation this is where the people that were brought in by the human collective, us, go unheard and misunderstood. But we are not passive about it. When we are unheard or misunderstood, we can quickly change direction and say the same thing using different words, or try other tricks until the idea we are trying to convey gets understood. It is very different when we are not heard at all. Unheard and not heard at all, are different things. When you are unheard, you are physically heard but the thing they hear isn’t acted upon. Not heard at all is completely invisible, silent, nothing gets through. How do we overcome the situation when we say or repeat something many times, but it goes unheard? We change our words, we change the frequency, even change the people we say the words to sometimes. Nothing.Moving through the world unheard has been the story of my life. Even with thousands of readers, most of what I discuss and explore goes unheard. And when it’s heard, it’s often, like I described above as a common denominator for most of us, it is misunderstood. Only a small fraction of the ideas and data that I convey gets heard and correctly interpreted, or even retained. Plus, of course, by now I was supposed to have millions of readers, not thousands. That means that my words are completely invisible to the majority of the people I have been tasked with reaching. On a more personal level, I often see situations or complications coming our way and I tell people around me about them, but nothing gets done. And then, it’s too late. One solution, of course, is to do the things myself. But that’s a lot of things, and not all are things I feel comfortable doing.Another solution is to let things fall apart, the situation or crisis to arrive, and let the pieces fall where they may. And then, have the satisfaction of saying, “I told you so”.At physical and personal level, and sometimes emotional level, there is some discomfort when I go unheard. However, when it happens continuously, and at a global scale, it becomes rather heavy at an energetic level. When I was super young, I would scream and shout and get very frustrated as I went unheard. When I was a teenager, I learned that being unheard was a normal aspect of life, so I ...
