I'm Paul Bird and I'm often asked why (at the age of 68) am I so driven, what motivates me and why each year, I set goals that I've never achieved before and in most cases never thought possible. Well I've decided to start a podcast to let everyone who's interested know, and to see if I can build a network of like minded oldies. The plan is to inspire people my age to take on more than they think is possible and challenge the youngsters to come along and see if they can keep up with me.
