You’ll learn how to:
• Feel more steady and less overwhelmed
• Stop caring so much about what everyone thinks
• Untangle your identity from performance
• Grow a faith that feels supportive instead of stressful

This is about real-life peace — not perfection.

Hey, I’m Kristen — your big sis in faith and Teen Anxiety Coach.

When I was a teen, I struggled with anxiety and insecurity. I overthought everything — what I wore, what I said, how I performed on the court. I tied my worth to achievement, approval, and appearance. From the outside, I looked fine. Inside? I was exhausted.

For years, I tried to “fix” myself by working harder, achieving more, and trying to be the good Christian girl who had it all together.

What changed?

I finally realized peace wasn’t about becoming a different girl. It was about learning practical emotional skills and anchoring them in my identity in Christ.

That shift changed everything.

Now, I help girls just like you stop living in their heads and start living from a place of steadiness and truth.

If you’re ready to:
• Stop overthinking every interaction
• Worry less about what people think
• Navigate friendships without losing yourself
• Manage anxiety in real-life situations
• Build confidence rooted in Christ — not performance

This podcast is for you.

So grab your coziest hoodie, your favorite loaded tea, and let’s talk about what it actually looks like to live as a peaceful, steady Christian teen girl in today’s world.
