  • Ep 121: Faith Part 2
    Apr 29 2025
When we acknowledge that there is much more that we don’t know compared to what we do know, we can understand that we are always living in faith. Faith is the unconditional belief in the unseen. For example, death is a major fear for many of us, yet on most days, we have faith that we will wake up the next day. How would our lives be different if we applied a similar level of faith to all aspects of our lives, including relationships and career? How do we strengthen faith when doubt sets in? What are some signs of weakening faith? In this episode, we emphasize the importance of empowering our relationship to faith in all areas of our lives. Getting clear when we’re losing faith Losing faith in self There’s no map or formula to develop more Faith Distinguishing lack of faith in the goal or in ourselves Time to reflect is crucial Alignment increases faith Comfortability can weaken the faith muscle Boredom and predictability ------------------------- CONNECT WITH JEFF: Website: https://jeffmillercoaching.com/ LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/jeffmillercoaching/ IG: @jeffmillercoaching FB: https://www.facebook.com/jeff.miller.7965 Books: https://www.amazon.com/author/jeffmillercoaching CONNECT WITH TATSU: Website: https://tatsuyafushimi.com LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/tatsuyafushimi/ IG: @tatsuyafushimi FB: https://www.facebook.com/tatsuya.fushimi.9/ Books: https://www.amazon.com/author/tatsuyafushimi

  • Ep 120: Karma
    Apr 22 2025
Karma simply means action in Sanskrit. Moment by moment, we have thoughts that lead to physical action or inaction. In other words, we choose moment by moment, whether consciously or unconsciously. We can choose to relate to karma in a supportive or disempowering way. This is our responsibility. How about the karma of self-judgment? How aware are we of the impact this has on all areas of our lives? Let’s dive into this! Old and new relationship to karma What you reap is what you sow Fair and unfair What we do now can affect generations after us Instant karma Getting curious with our patterns The power of reflection Are you showing up the way you want to show up? Constant course correction The karma of self-judgment How is self-judgment impacting our decisions? Stopping the karmic wheel of judgment ------------------------- CONNECT WITH JEFF: Website: https://jeffmillercoaching.com/ LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/jeffmillercoaching/ IG: @jeffmillercoaching FB: https://www.facebook.com/jeff.miller.7965 Books: https://www.amazon.com/author/jeffmillercoaching CONNECT WITH TATSU: Website: https://tatsuyafushimi.com LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/tatsuyafushimi/ IG: @tatsuyafushimi FB: https://www.facebook.com/tatsuya.fushimi.9/ Books: https://www.amazon.com/author/tatsuyafushimi

  • Ep 119: Choose Powerfully!
    Apr 15 2025
We make choices every moment of every day in all areas of our lives, many on autopilot. When we question our choices, especially those we make on autopilot, we can create a life more inspiring and aligned with who we want to become. To break up the autopilot decision-making, we fundamentally need awareness of conditioned beliefs that influence our decisions. We also need courage to follow our intuition despite what others think, say, or do. The bottom line is that many people forget that they are always making a choice, even when the choice feels disempowering or when it’s to not make a choice. Knowing and practicing choosing powerfully regardless of the choice is a game-changer. I always have a choice in how I respond The courage to choose Opportunity cost There’s always a choice being made Rechoosing to keep choice empowered Ignoring intuitive change Being excited about your own life Settling for not bad Knowing when it’s time to make a different choice What are you not excited about? Noticing daily autopilot choices ------------------------- CONNECT WITH JEFF: Website: https://jeffmillercoaching.com/ LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/jeffmillercoaching/ IG: @jeffmillercoaching FB: https://www.facebook.com/jeff.miller.7965 Books: https://www.amazon.com/author/jeffmillercoaching CONNECT WITH TATSU: Website: https://tatsuyafushimi.com LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/tatsuyafushimi/ IG: @tatsuyafushimi FB: https://www.facebook.com/tatsuya.fushimi.9/ Books: https://www.amazon.com/author/tatsuyafushimi
