On Pentecost Sunday, Pastor Bawa describes the world of the Holy Spirt in us. The Spirit is a Person who indwells in each of us - the same Person who has, or does, indwell every other believer. The Spirit comes to fill us and lead us, so our response is to be open to His continuous, gradual, consistent and empowering presence. Led by the Spirit, living in obedience to Him, we receive spiritual understanding, inspiration to worship and power to witness and to live out our new identity as children of God. Where, and to what is the Spirit leading you? Receive and be filled with the Holy Spirit!

God is faithful. He is generous, and His gospel is powerful. Lisa Lenton shares her story of God's faithfulness to her in the face of a major health challenge. Pastor Andy Lenton shares wisdom and encouragement from Jesus's parables about seeds. He takes us to the scene where Jesus speaks from the natural amphitheatre of a lake. Pastor Steve shares from two Psalms, occasioned by two contrasting seasons in the life of king David. It's probably easy to sing with the victory of Psalm 21, but what do we do in the season of trial and lamentation? From Psalm 13 we learn that it’s OK to ask God “Why?” and “How long?”. We learn how to use the words of the Psalms to lament, confident that God’s Spirit works in us with and through these words. Alone with Jesus, and with trusted friends we can find a safe place to express our feelings, to find a truth we can rejoice in, and to recall a testimony from which we draw hope. Because of Jesus, we have a song on any and every season!
