With Lollapalooza happening I was called to dig in to how music -especially live music-can bond us together and positively impact our well being. Participating in live music events create a way for us to feel a sense of community and find commonality with one another. These types of experiences bring us closer together and enhance our bonds with one another. In this episode I share some specific ways heading to that music festival pays off!
