  • Deliver Us from Evil—Asking God for His True Protection
    Jun 25 2026

Welcome to Day 25 of our Jabez Prayer Journey! Today, we focus on one bold request: deliver us from all that harms.

The Hebrew word rah covers a broad range of trouble—bad, evil, pain, unhappiness, distress, calamity, sorrow, and grief.

Jabez asks God to keep every shade of misery and mischief far from his life.

Jesus echoes this for us: “Deliver us from evil.”

Sometimes, faith is about asking to avoid the battle, not just to endure it.

Why face unnecessary harm if God can shield us by his grace?

Like Jabez, we can pray for the precision of God’s protecting hand—keeping us, our families, and our hearts free from all that would cause pain, grief, or loss.

    Heavenly Father,

Thank you for your power to protect and deliver.

Keep us far from every form of evil—trouble, harm, sorrow, and temptation.

Place your hand over our lives and shield us from attacks, accidents, mischief, and all that would wound or drag us down.

Lead us away from the path of temptation and deliver us from the evil one.

Let the precision of your finger guide our steps, keeping us safe and whole.

May our homes, work, and relationships be guarded by your presence.

Make us people of peace, marked by your protection, wisdom, and favor.

    Amen.

  • Trusting God with Every Shade of Hurt. Day 24
    Jun 24 2026

Welcome to Day 24 of our Jabez Prayer Journey! Trusting God with Every Shade of Hurt. The final request Jabez makes is rich in meaning—across all translations, it’s a longing for protection from harm, evil, and pain in all their forms.

Sometimes we pray to be kept from sickness, accidents, or financial loss. Other times, it’s a plea to be shielded from targeted attacks or spiritual oppression.

There’s also a deeper cry: “God, remind me who you are. Are you for me? Merciful Father God, don’t let sorrow define my story.”

Jesus assures us that his purpose is not to bring pain, but abundant life, so may the life of Christ, the anointed one living in us, break any generational cycles or curses.

    Heavenly Father,

Thank you for being the God who sees every hurt and hears every cry. Keep us from harm, evil, and anything that would bring pain or sorrow. Protect us from sickness, loss, and spiritual oppression.

Remind us of your heart—always for us, never against us.

Let your gentleness guide us so we never become a source of pain to others.

Heal what’s broken in us and keep us from repeating cycles of hurt.

Like Jabez, we ask for freedom, protection, and the power of a transformed life that demonstrates your goodness to all.

    Amen.

  • Safe and Sound: Asking for Protection and Peace. Day 23
    Jun 23 2026

Welcome to Day 23 of our Jabez Prayer Journey! Today, we lean into one of the most heartfelt requests in the prayer of Jabez: “Keep me from harm so that I will be free from pain.”

Across translations, this plea takes many shapes—freedom from evil, rescue from sorrow, a shield from trouble, and a hope for peace in every area of life.

Sometimes it’s about being protected from outside threats, and sometimes it’s a cry for relief from inner grief or sorrow.

Jabez’s prayer reminds us it’s not selfish to ask for God’s protection and emotional peace.

When we ask for God to keep us safe and whole, we’re trusting Him to care for every part of our lives and the lives we serve, help, and touch.

    Heavenly Father,

Thank you for being our shield and our peace.

We come to you, like Jabez, asking for your protection—body, mind, and spirit.

Keep us from harm and deliver us from anything that causes pain, grief, or sorrow.

Guard our hearts against discouragement, anxiety, and fear.

Protect our families, our work, and our communities from evil and disaster.

Where we have been wounded, bring your healing touch.

Where we experience pain from others, give us the grace to forgive, wisdom to navigate how to walk forward, and a gift of compassion out of this experience.

Let your comfort and presence be our constant safety and our steady hope.

May we walk in freedom, not only spared from harm, but also equipped to bless others with your peace.

    Amen.

  • Living Over Your Head—The Gift of Dependance. Day 22
    Jun 22 2026

Welcome to Day 22 of our Jabez Prayer Journey! If you’ve ever felt in over your head, you’re in good company.

So many times, the very evidence that we’re walking by faith is that we feel outmatched, unqualified, or just plain stretched.

Apostle Paul said it straight: God’s power is made perfect in our weakness, not our strength.

    Dependence isn’t a flaw—it’s a sign we’re right where Jesus wants us.

That unsettled feeling? It’s actually the proof that God’s hand is on your life and that you’re aiming for something so big, only he can make it happen.

The comfort zone is safe, but the faith zone is where God shows up and does miracles.

    Heavenly Father,

Thank you for choosing us for things that are bigger than our strength or experience.

Teach us your ways and remind us that your grace is enough, even when we feel weak or overwhelmed.

Help us to rest in the truth that it’s not by might, nor by power, but by your Spirit.

May your anointing flow through us in every area of our lives—work, ministry, business, and family.

Let your kingdom come and your will be done in us and through us.

Keep us dependent on you, trusting your hand to guide, protect, and provide.

Like Jabez, we ask for blessing, expansion, and your constant presence.

    Amen.

    Jun 21 2026

Welcome to Day 21 of our Jabez Prayer Journey! Sometimes what we need most isn’t just another open door or bigger opportunity—it’s wisdom for the road ahead.

The book of James tells us that if anyone of us lacks wisdom, we should just ask, and God will give generously—no strings attached, no holding back.

Scripture describes God's wisdom as multifaceted: it brings understanding, counsel, strength, knowledge, and a deep awe of the Lord.

There are moments when we’re feel desperate for more than just good ideas—we need strategy, clarity, and strength to execute what God has placed in our hands.

Let’s cry out for the spirit of wisdom to rest on us today.

Help us execute your plans with loyalty and courage.

  • Blessings Beyond The Barrier—A Surge of God’s Goodness. Day 20
    Jun 20 2026

Welcome to Day 20 of our Jabez Prayer Journey! As we keep moving forward, we see a pattern: every time we ask for God’s blessing, he answers—sometimes in ways that stretch us even further.

He not only provides, but he expands our influence, gives us more to manage, and then stands beside us, guiding our next steps.

But sometimes, in the midst of blessing and increase, we run into feelings of overwhelm, heaviness, or even dread.

The Hebrew word “mikvah” points to this—an atmosphere that can feel like a cloud hanging over us.

Yet Jesus promises life, and life to the full!

When we feel pressed or weighed down, hope is God’s answer, and his blessing always comes with new beginnings.

    Heavenly Father,

We come to you today, boldly asking for your blessing—not just a little, but an overflow!

Like Jabez and the revivalists of old, we plead, “Bless us indeed!”

Fill our lives with your presence, your peace, and your wisdom.

Where we’ve felt pain or disappointment, breathe new hope and turn our mourning into dancing.

Anchor our identity in you, and help us yield our emotions and thoughts to your loving care.

Holy Spirit, release a fresh surge of supernatural favor and anointing over our loved ones and us.

Let your revelation, goodness, and grace overflow in every area.

We are believing for miracles, new beginnings, and more of your unlimited goodness.

    Jun 19 2026

Welcome to Day 19 of our Jabez Prayer Journey! There’s nothing like the gentle, powerful touch of a loving parent’s hand. Think about it—those hands do it all: they protect, provide, teach, encourage, and celebrate with us.

Scripture is full of reminders that God’s hand is just like that—strong and sure, guiding us through every season, every challenge, every dream.

When we pray, “Lord, let your hand be with me,” we’re asking for his presence in all we do—for wisdom, direction, protection, and blessing.

Just as a parent instinctively shields, lifts, and cheers on their child, so our Heavenly Father promises to lead us.

His hand on your life means provision is coming, favor is rising, and new doors are opening!

    Heavenly Father,

Thank you for your hand that leads, protects, and provides. Like a loving parent, you cover us with tender care, lift us up in weakness, and cheer us on in every season.

Today, we boldly ask: let your hand be with us in all we do.

Be our guide when the path is uncertain, our shield in times of trouble, and our strength when we are weary.

Teach us, correct us, and encourage us with your gentle touch.

Open our eyes to your direction, let your wisdom and favor rest on us, and keep us on your path.

We believe that with your hand upon us, circumstances can change

—expansion is coming, increase is on the way!
